SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

As a small family business, we like to be transparent and honest about our delivery costs. We don’t make any profit from delivering products to our customers and have chosen to charge for delivery rather than hiding it in the price of our products.

Shipping costs are by weight and are as follows:

Under 1kg £3.29

1kg to 2kg £4.79

2kg to 5kg £6.49

5kg to 10kg £6.49

10kg to 15kg £9.98

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be pleased with your order but If for any reason you are unhappy with your product and would like a refund or exchange then please email us at sales@vitabellainteriors.co.uk within 3 days of receipt. Attach photos if the item is damaged please. Let us know what your concerns are and return it to us within 14 days of you receiving it in an unused condition and in original packaging please with the original receipt or gift receipt and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: if considered deliberately broken.

Please ensure that you repack goods to prevent any damage occurring during transit.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless you have received a damaged, faulty or wrongly despatched product.  

 

  1. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the return request before sending the goods back to us by e mail to sales@vitabellainteriors.co.uk.

  2. Please retain and take reasonable care of the goods until you have handed over the return to the delivery service.

Returns, refunds and exchanges may take up to one week to process after receipt of the item. When a refund or exchange takes place the customer will be notified how this will take place.  If an exchange takes place the cost of the return delivery will be paid by us. If a returned item is found to be damaged, used, scratched or marked in any way (including if this is deemed to be as a result of insufficient packaging for the transit back to us) then we will be unable to refund and we will return  the product to you.
